Corrections to Chapter 9 of XML in a Nutshell, XPath

p. 148: Richard Feynman's middle initial was P (for Phillips), not M. In Example 9-1, change &#x4D to &#x50.

p. 149: Richard Feynman's middle initial was P (for Phillips), not M. In Figure 9-1, change M to P on the lower right hand side of the figure.

p. 153: In the first paragraph, change "It outputs that element's name child element value and id attribute value" to "It outputs that element's name child element value and born and died attribute values".

p. 153: Richard Feynman's middle initial was P (for Phillips), not M. In the code fragment at the top of the page, change the M to a P.

p. 154: The node() wild card also matches the root node.

p. 158: In the 5th paragraph, 3rd line "equivalent to the unabbreviated form" should read "equivalent to the abbreviated form".

p. 159: Richard Feynman's middle initial was P (for Phillips), not M. In the first code fragment, change Richard M Feynman to Richard P Feynman.

p. 166: In the fourth paragraph, last sentence, change substring('MM/DD/YYYY', 2) to substring('MM/DD/YYYY', 4, 2).
