Corrections to Chapter 18 of XML in a Nutshell, XML 1.0 Reference

p. 281: In the penultimate paragraph; "characters are not be recognized as markup by the parser" should read "characters will not be recognized as markup by the parser".

p. 283: The sentence: "The processing instruction target can be any legal XML name (see Chapter 2, XML Fundamentals)." should read: "The processing instruction target can be any legal XML name, except xml in any combination of upper and lower case. See Chapter 2, XML Fundamentals, for more information."

p. 295-298: The BNF grammar on these pages is pretty badly broken. How badly depends on which printing you have.
